All orders are required to pay in full. The original receipt must accompany any products to be returned or exchanged within 7 days. No returns without authorization. Special orders are not subject to returned or exchanged. All claims are to be made within 24 hours of delivery. All returns or exchanges are subject to handling and restocking fee of 25%.

Divine Doors warrants that its door products are of good material and workmanship. ONE YEAR limited warranty on all doors, not on wear and tear from date of shipment.

1. Panel Shrinkage, Wood doors are easily influenced or affected to expansion and contraction caused by temperature and humidity variations. Small surface checking or slight shrinking or cupping, which may cause tiny cracks at the joints, may occur under these conditions. These deviations from perfection are not considered flaws.

2. Installed in a location or condition that is improper for wood doors.

3. Bow or nonalignment in the frame or jamb in which the door is hung if such is purchased from Divine Doors, Inc. not pre-hung.

4. Natural variations in the color of the wood or in the texture and grain of the wood.

5. Product failure due to improper or incorrect installation.

6. Failure to perform normal homeowner’s maintenance, including maintaining the finish (factory or non-factory finish).

7. Rough opening that is not square, plumb or level may cause door to warp.

8. Warp shall not be considered a defect unless it exceeds 1/4”.

9. Damage due to trimming the door more than 1/2” from the top or 1” from the bottom of the door.

10. Any 1-3/8” door used as an exterior door.

11. Attempts by persons other than Divine Doors representatives to repair doors.

12. Exterior doors not protected from weather is considered to be an overhang that is at least equal to 1/2 the height of the door.

13. Damage caused by others or by a cause beyond the control of Divine Doors, including but not limited to damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, mishandling or by fire, flood, earthquake, storm, tornado or other acts of nature.
